There were exceptionally comfortable beds and a personal safe, air conditioner and a sofa bed inside the room. The location of the hotel was marvellous - not too far from Souk al Khalil. We dined at a nice nearby restaurant with Pakistani dishes.

My 7 nights in Mecca were really nice. The breakfast was satisfactory for what was on offer with the pastries and baked items, for instance.
Facilities were excellent, nevertheless Wi-Fi connection was weak.

Had a lovely experience with spacious rooms and friendly staff that went out of their way to help. The restaurant closed early on our arrival night and the internet was lacking. Despite this, the location was convenient with plenty of food options nearby.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The dining experience was a highlight, with the grilled salmon being particularly delicious. The walk to the Haram was quite long, taking about 15-20 minutes, which can be exhausting, especially in the heat. The WiFi was only available in the lobby and not in the rooms.

Staying near the Haram was convenient for us and the breakfast selection was decent enough to keep our kids happy. Plus, the quick access to pharmacy and grocery shops was a lifesaver . Our kids loved the clean room and plenty of space.
In my wife's opinion, more water for the kids would have been great. We had to buy water after the first two days, inconvenient for our large family.

Convenient location, but room for improvement
I enjoyed the convenient 10-minute walk to the Haram. The breakfast had a nice variety, including fresh juices and Arabic dishes, which we all enjoyed. The room cleanliness was concerning as it seemed neglected, and we encountered some issues with hot water availability. A decent stay but with some room for improvement.
